Adani Energy Solutions reported strong FY26 results with operational revenue of Rs 18,296 crore, up 7.3% YoY, and EBITDA of Rs 8,726 crore, up 12.7% YoY reaching a record high. Adjusted PAT grew 32% to Rs 2,393 crore. The company commissioned five transmission projects including its second HVDC project (Mumbai HVDC) during the year. Capex increased 1.24x to Rs 14,232 crore vs FY25. Smart metering surpassed 1 crore cumulative meters installed with an orderbook of 2.46 crore meters having Rs 29,519 crore revenue potential. Distribution losses improved to 4.21% from 4.77% in FY25. Net Debt to EBITDA stood at 4.5x.
Strong operational performance with double-digit EBITDA growth and 32% PAT increase signals healthy execution across transmission, distribution and smart metering segments. The large under-construction orderbook of Rs 71,779 crore provides revenue visibility. Rising leverage (Net Debt/EBITDA at 4.5x) due to aggressive capex spending warrants monitoring.
