AGM 2026: All 8 resolutions passed, including RPT approvals

Adani Energy Solutions held its 13th AGM on June 25, 2026 via video conferencing. All 8 ordinary resolutions passed with requisite majority. Highlights: FY26 standalone and consolidated financial statements adopted with 99.91 percent in favor each, Anil Sardana re-appointed as director with 94.70 percent in favor, and 4 material related party transactions approved for FY27 with Adani Power, Mahan Energen, Vidarbha Industries and Power, and Korba Power. Promoter group abstained on the RPT resolutions. Commission payment to non-executive directors also cleared with 100 percent in favor.
