Adani Enterprises launches QIP, sets floor price at Rs 3,034.68 per share

Adani Enterprises has launched a Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP) with a floor price of Rs 3,034.68 per share, fixed as on the relevant date of July 2. Under Sebi rules, the company can offer a discount of up to 5 percent on the floor price while finalising the issue price, with book-running lead managers including SBI Capital Markets, Jefferies India, ICICI Securities and IIFL Capital Services. The fundraising size has not been disclosed, and proceeds are expected to support the company's investments across infrastructure, airports, data centres, green hydrogen and mining businesses.
