Adani Enterprises successfully closed its Rs 1,500 crore Qualified Institutions Placement (QIP), allotting 5.20 crore equity shares of face value Rs 1 each at an issue price of Rs 2,883 per share, reflecting a 5% discount to the floor price of Rs 3,034.68. The stock traded largely flat on BSE, rising 0.5% to a day's high of Rs 3,126.95, indicating the fundraising was largely anticipated by the market. The Adani Group flagship has rallied 53% over the past three months.
