Adani Green Energy's board will meet on July 22, 2026 to approve Q1FY27 results, with the trading window closed until July 24. The company surpassed 20 GW of operational renewable energy capacity, becoming the first Indian player to achieve this milestone predominantly through greenfield development, with its portfolio generating over 52 billion units annually, or about 3% of India's total electricity consumption. The company added 5,051 MW of capacity in FY26, while Q4FY26 consolidated net profit rose 34% year-on-year to about 514 crore rupees on revenue of 3,727 crore rupees, with EBITDA margin expanding to 82.3%.
