Adani Green Energy Limited has commercially operationalized 360.5 MW of renewable energy projects at Bandha, Rajasthan (137.5 MW solar) and Khavda, Gujarat (223 MW), along with a 1,376 MWh Battery Energy Storage System at Khavda, Gujarat. The decision was made at 10:43 PM on March 31, 2026, with power generation commencing from April 01, 2026. With this addition, AGEL's total operational renewable generation capacity stands at 19,293.8 MW and total operational BESS capacity at 1,376 MWh. The projects were commissioned through the company's step-down subsidiaries.
This capacity addition strengthens Adani Green's operational portfolio and should positively contribute to future revenue generation. The new renewable and storage capacity positions the company for increased power output and potentially better utilization of its generation assets.
