Adani Green Energy Limited has filed the scrutinizer's report detailing the voting results of its 10th AGM held on June 25, 2025 via video conferencing. Seven resolutions were put to vote, covering adoption of FY25 audited financial statements, re-appointment of Mr. Gautam S. Adani as Director, appointment of M/s. Chirag Shah & Associates as Secretarial Auditors for 5 years, re-appointment of Mr. Vneet S. Jaain as Managing Director for 5 years, re-appointment of Mr. Raminder Singh Gujral as Independent Director for 3 years (till July 9, 2028), deletion of the Common Seal clause from the Articles of Association, and approval of material related party transactions for FY 2025-26. All resolutions passed with the requisite majority, with around 92.51% of outstanding shares (approximately 1.465 billion shares) participating in the voting. The managing director re-appointment saw the lowest approval at 97.01% in favour, while Gautam Adani's re-appointment received 99.10% support and the independent director re-appointment got 99.16%.
