Adani Green share price falls 5% despite strong Q1 results - Should you buy the Adani Group stock?

Adani Green Energy shares fell over 5% to around Rs 1,392 on BSE despite reporting strong Q1 FY27 results, with consolidated net profit rising 19% year-on-year to Rs 845 crore and revenue from operations up 16% to Rs 4,663 crore. Power supply EBITDA grew 33% to Rs 4,122 crore with margin improving to 94%, while operational renewable energy capacity rose 27% year-on-year to 20,142 MW. Bernstein maintained an Underperform rating citing concerns over the revised commercial and industrial business structure, including the allocation of merchant generation and battery storage capacity to Adani Energy Solutions under fixed-tariff agreements.
