Adani Total Gas has informed the exchanges that the trading window for dealing in the companys securities will remain closed from July 1, 2026 until 48 hours after the announcement of its unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The closure is done as per SEBIs Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations, 2015. During this period, insiders such as directors, key managerial personnel and employees cannot buy or sell company shares. The window usually reopens shortly after the quarterly earnings are made public.
