Transcript of Earning Call on the Audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026

Adani Total Gas delivered strong Q4 FY26 results with revenue of INR 1,696 crores (+16% YoY) and EBITDA of INR 310 crores (+13% YoY). For full FY26, revenue grew 18% to INR 6,415 crores while EBITDA rose 5% to INR 1,225 crores. CNG volumes grew 17% in Q4 and 18% for the year, while PNG volumes increased 5% in Q4 and 6% for FY26. The company added 137,000 new PNG customers taking the total household tally to 1.1 million. New CNG stations added brought the total network to 705 stations. Management guided for FY27 expecting similar revenue growth as FY26 with EBITDA of approximately INR 1,500 crores. Geopolitical tensions in West Asia disrupted global energy markets, leading to higher gas prices, though the government provided support through priority sector gas allocation. Gas pool price for March 2026 was $12.42/MMBtu. The company sources 85% of CNG volumes from APM allocation plus HPHT and WG volumes, with the remaining 16% from spot market purchases.
