ADC India Communications has informed the BSE of two changes in its senior management effective June 30, 2026. Mr. Prasad K R, the company's Head-Operations, is retiring on account of superannuation (normal age-based retirement) with effect from the close of business on June 30, 2026. To fill the role, Mrs. Dakshayani B C has been appointed as Manager-Operations effective July 1, 2026. She is an internal candidate with 32 years of service at ADC India (formerly Krone Communications), currently heading the Procurement function, and holds a postgraduate diploma in HR & Operations. The change was disclosed under SEBI LODR Regulation 30 read with the November 2024 SEBI circular on senior management disclosures.
