ADF Foods Ltd reported strong FY26 results with standalone revenue of Rs. 5,279 crore (up 10% YoY) and consolidated revenue of Rs. 6,832 crore (up 16% YoY). Standalone profit after tax grew 21% to Rs. 972 crore while consolidated PAT rose 29% to Rs. 899 crore. The Board recommended a final dividend of Rs. 0.60 per share, making total FY26 dividend Rs. 1.20 per share (60% payout). An exceptional charge of Rs. 683 lakh was recognized due to new labor code implementation. Statutory auditors MSKA & Associates gave an unmodified (clean) opinion on both standalone and consolidated results. The company also commenced Phase 1 commercial production at its Surat unit worth Rs. 5,052 lakh.
The results show healthy top-line and bottom-line growth with strong cash generation. Clean audit opinion and consistent dividend payouts are positive signals for shareholders. The exceptional charge from labor code changes is a one-time item that does not affect underlying business performance.
