ADF Foods reported strong Q4FY26 results with consolidated revenue hitting an all-time high of Rs. 196.7 crore, up 23.7% year-on-year. Consolidated EBITDA grew 38.9% to Rs. 34.3 crore with 17.4% margin, while PAT surged 57.6% to Rs. 25.9 crore with 13.2% margin. On a standalone basis, revenue was Rs. 150.3 crore (+11.6%), EBITDA Rs. 36.5 crore (+24.8%) with 24.3% margin, and PAT Rs. 30.1 crore (+40%) with 20% margin. The company commenced operations at its new Surat greenfield facility in Q4. The Board recommended a final dividend of 30%, taking total FY26 dividend to 60%. Management flagged near-term headwinds from the West Asia conflict impacting GCC sales, freight costs, and transit timelines, but remains cautiously optimistic.
The strong double-digit growth across all key metrics with margin expansion signals solid operational performance and improved product mix. The 60% total dividend and new facility commencement are positive for shareholders. However, geopolitical risks in West Asia could create near-term volatility in the stock.
