ADF Foods reported its highest-ever FY26 consolidated revenue of INR 683.2 Crores, up 15.9% YoY, with EBITDA at INR 130.7 Crores (19.1% margin) and PAT at INR 96.8 Crores, up 39.7% YoY. Q4 FY26 showed even stronger momentum with revenue of INR 196.7 Crores (23.7% YoY) and PAT of INR 25.9 Crores (57.6% YoY). The company operates 5 brands including flagship Ashoka (positioned for 20-25% CAGR), Truly Indian (present in ~3,000 US stores including Costco, Whole Foods, Amazon), and ADF Soul for Indian domestic market. The Surat greenfield facility Phase 1 has commenced operations in Q4 FY26, enhancing frozen food production capacity. The company targets INR 1,000+ Crores revenue in FY27 with planned capacity expansions of INR 180-275 Crores.
Strong financial performance with consistent margin expansion positions ADF Foods well for continued growth. The net cash position of INR 78 Crores and Surat capacity ramp-up provide execution capability for the INR 1,000 Crore revenue target, though investors should monitor geopolitical headwinds affecting international operations.
