ADF Foods reported a record Q3 FY26 with consolidated revenue of INR 191 crore, up 29.5% year-on-year, driven by strong growth in the US 'Truly Indian' brand (now in 2,000+ stores including Whole Foods, Costco, and Albertsons) and improved product mix. Consolidated EBITDA hit a record INR 37.1 crore (19.4% margin, up 150 bps YoY), while PAT (excluding exceptional items) rose 55.7% YoY to INR 29.2 crore. For 9M FY26, revenue grew 13% to INR 486.5 crore and EBITDA jumped 30.8% to INR 96.4 crore. The company introduced a new CFO, Srinivas Ayyagari. The Surat greenfield plant completed pilot runs, with Phase 1 (frozen products) set to go live by Q4 FY26 and a second product line by Q2 FY27. Management reiterated FY27 revenue guidance of INR 925–1,000 crore with EBITDA margins in the high teens (consolidated) and 20s (standalone).
Strong quarterly performance with record revenues and EBITDA, along with positive FY27 guidance, signals healthy growth momentum for shareholders. The Surat plant expansion, US mainstream brand traction, and tariff clarity are key tailwinds, though marketing investments will keep consolidated margins in the high teens.
