ADF Foods Limited reported strong FY2026 results with standalone revenue from operations of Rs. 52,791.51 Lakhs and profit after tax of Rs. 9,718.43 Lakhs, representing healthy growth over FY2025. On a consolidated basis, revenue from operations stood at Rs. 68,323.17 Lakhs with profit after tax of Rs. 8,992.41 Lakhs. The Board recommended a final dividend of Rs. 0.60 per share (30% on face value of Rs. 2), bringing total dividend for FY2025-26 to Rs. 1.20 per share (60%) including the interim dividend of Rs. 0.60 already paid in November 2025. The auditors MSKA & Associates LLP issued an unmodified opinion on the financial results. Key positive developments include the permanent revocation of GPCB closure directions for Nadiad manufacturing units and commencement of Phase 1 commercial production at the Surat unit worth Rs. 5,051.84 Lakhs. An exceptional item of Rs. 683 Lakhs was recognized due to new labour codes effective November 2025.
Strong financial performance with 21.2% YoY growth in standalone PAT demonstrates operational strength. The 60% total dividend payout signals confidence in future cash flows, which should support positive investor sentiment. The Surat unit ramp-up and resolution of environmental compliance issues are additional positives for long-term growth visibility.
