ADF Foods reported Q1 FY26 consolidated revenue of Rs. 132.9 Cr, up 9.3% year-on-year, with EBITDA rising 20% to Rs. 23.5 Cr at a 17.7% margin. Profit after tax grew 5.9% to Rs. 15.2 Cr (11.5% margin). On a standalone basis, revenue grew 3.4% to Rs. 100.3 Cr while PAT was nearly flat at Rs. 17 Cr. However, on a quarter-on-quarter basis, all key metrics declined sharply — consolidated revenue fell 25.5% and EBITDA dropped 23.3% versus Q4 FY25. Management cited global economic uncertainties and tariffs as headwinds, while highlighting that the Surat Greenfield expansion remains on track for H2 FY26 and a brand refresh for 'Truly Indian' will roll out in Q3 FY26.
Mixed results — solid YoY growth and margin expansion on a consolidated basis are positives, but the steep Q-o-Q decline and cautious outlook on tariffs may cap near-term excitement. Investors should watch for execution on the new USA/Australia sales teams and the Surat facility ramp-up in coming quarters.
