ADF Foods Limited reported strong full-year results for FY2026 ending March 31. Standalone revenue grew 11.9% to Rs. 5,466 Crores while profit after tax rose 21.2% to Rs. 971.84 Crores. Consolidated profit after tax was Rs. 899.24 Crores, up 29.8% year-on-year. The Board recommended a final dividend of Rs. 0.60 per share (30%), bringing total FY2026 dividend to Rs. 1.20 per share (60%) including the interim dividend already paid. Key positive developments include Gujarat Pollution Control Board permanently restoring closure directions for Nadiad manufacturing units (no operational impact during interim), and phase 1 commercial production commencing at Surat unit (Rs. 505.18 Crores capitalized). An exceptional charge of Rs. 68.30 Crores was recognized due to new labour code provisions. Statutory auditors MSKA & Associates LLP issued an unmodified opinion on both standalone and consolidated results.
Strong financial performance with 21% PAT growth on standalone basis. The 60% total dividend payout signals management confidence. New Surat facility commencement and environmental clearance restoration are positive operational developments for long-term growth.
