Aditya Birla Capital has allotted 1,43,444 equity shares (face value ₹10 each) on 24 July 2025. Of these, 52,376 shares were issued under the ABCL Employee Stock Option Scheme 2017 and 91,068 shares under the ABCL Employee Stock Option and Performance Stock Unit Scheme 2022. As a result, the company's paid-up equity capital has risen from ₹2,610.88 crore to ₹2,611.02 crore. The new shares will rank equally with existing shares.
