Aditya Birla Capital has allotted 6,48,049 equity shares of face value ₹10 each on 8 May 2025, following the exercise of stock options and restricted/performance stock units by employees. Of these, 3,46,695 shares were issued under the ABCL Employee Stock Option Scheme 2017 and 3,01,354 shares under the ABCL Employee Stock Option and Performance Stock Unit Scheme 2022. The new shares will rank equally with existing shares in all respects. As a result, the company's paid-up equity share capital has risen from ₹2,607.10 crore (260.71 crore shares) to ₹2,607.75 crore (260.77 crore shares). The allotment was approved by the Stakeholders Relationship Committee.
