Aditya Birla Capital has allotted 3,43,749 equity shares of face value ₹10 each on 17 July 2025, following the exercise of stock options and restricted/performance stock units by employees. Of these, 2,00,625 shares were issued under the ABCL Employee Stock Option Scheme 2017 and 1,43,124 shares under the ABCL ESOP and Performance Stock Unit Scheme 2022. As a result, the company's paid-up equity share capital has risen from ₹2,610.53 crore to ₹2,610.88 crore, with the total share count going from 2,61,05,33,522 to 2,61,08,77,271 shares. The newly issued shares will rank equally with existing shares.
This is a routine ESOP allotment with very minor dilution of about 0.13% to the existing share base. No material impact on shareholder value or stock price is expected.
