Aditya Birla Capital Limited received credit rating updates from CRISIL Ratings on 11 May 2026. The company had its AAA/Stable rating reaffirmed on bank loan facilities (Rs 2,000 crore), subordinated debt (Rs 3,000 crore), and non-convertible debentures (Rs 81,200 crore). New AAA/Stable ratings were assigned to additional subordinated debt (Rs 3,000 crore), while perpetual bonds received AA+/Stable ratings (total Rs 4,000 crore). Commercial paper was reaffirmed at A1+. The total rated amount across all instruments stands at Rs 1,05,100 crore. All ratings carry a Stable outlook.
Sustained AAA credit ratings reflect strong financial health and low credit risk, which could support lower borrowing costs and investor confidence. The Stable outlook suggests no immediate concerns about the company's ability to service its obligations.
