Aditya Birla Capital reported FY25 consolidated revenue of ₹47,369 crore (up 20% YoY) and profit after tax of ₹3,142 crore (up 8% YoY). Total lending portfolio grew 27% YoY to ₹1,57,404 crore, while total AUM rose 17% YoY to ₹5,11,260 crore with Life Insurance AUM crossing ₹1 lakh crore. The NBFC arm delivered PAT of ₹2,501 crore (RoA 2.27%) and Housing Finance turned in PAT of ₹323 crore with GS3 falling sharply to 0.66% from 1.82% a year ago. Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC posted PAT of ₹931 crore (up 19% YoY) on equity AAUM of ₹1,69,065 crore. Life Insurance individual FYP grew 34% YoY with Net VNB margin of 18.0% and RoEV of 19.2%, while Health Insurance swung to a PBT of ₹75 crore (without 1/n) with combined ratio improving to 105% from 110%.
Broad-based growth across lending, AMC, life and health insurance, combined with improving asset quality and margin guidance, signals a strong operating year for shareholders. Multi-year targets (e.g., Housing Finance RoA of 2.0–2.2% in 8–10 quarters, Life Insurance individual FYP CAGR of 20–25% over three years) support a constructive outlook for the stock.
