Aditya Birla Capital Limited has allotted 1,37,279 equity shares of face value ₹10 each on 08 January 2026, following exercise of stock options and performance stock units by employees. Out of these, 5,912 shares were issued under the ABCL Employee Stock Option Scheme 2017 and 1,31,367 shares under the ABCL Employee Stock Option and Performance Stock Unit Scheme 2022. The newly issued shares will rank pari passu with existing equity shares. As a result, the company's paid-up equity share capital has increased from ₹2,617.27 crore (26.17 crore shares) to ₹2,617.40 crore (26.17 crore shares).
