Aditya Birla Capital has allotted 4,30,667 equity shares (face value ₹10 each) on 6 June 2025, pursuant to the exercise of stock options and performance stock units under its Employee Stock Option Schemes of 2017 and 2022. Of these, 14,448 shares were allotted under the 2017 scheme and 4,16,219 shares under the 2022 scheme. As a result, the company's paid-up equity share capital has increased from ₹2,60,90,59,308 to ₹2,60,94,89,750 (i.e., from 2,60,90,59,308 shares to 2,60,94,89,975 shares). The newly issued shares will rank equally with existing shares in all respects.
