Aditya Birla Capital's Stakeholders Relationship Committee approved the allotment of 9,71,589 equity shares (face value ₹10 each) on 20 February 2026, pursuant to the exercise of stock options, restricted stock units, and performance stock units under the ABCL ESOP Scheme 2017 and ABCL ESOP & PSU Scheme 2022.
