Aditya Birla Capital has allotted 77,078 equity shares of face value ₹10 each to employees who exercised stock options, restricted stock units, or performance stock units under the company's ESOP Scheme 2017 (15,142 shares) and ESOP & PSU Scheme 2022 (61,936 shares). The allotment was approved by the Stakeholders Relationship Committee on 23 September 2025. As a result, the company's paid-up equity share capital has increased from ₹2,612.44 crore to ₹2,612.51 crore. The new shares will rank equally with existing equity shares in all respects.
