Aditya Birla Capital has allotted 7,06,957 equity shares of face value ₹10 each to employees who exercised their stock options and performance stock units. Of these, 2,54,306 shares were issued under the ABCL Employee Stock Option Scheme 2017 and 4,52,651 shares under the ABCL Employee Stock Option and Performance Stock Unit Scheme 2022. The allotment was approved by the Stakeholders Relationship Committee on 13 June 2025. As a result, the company's paid-up share capital has risen from ₹2,609.49 crore to ₹2,610.19 crore. The newly issued shares will rank equally with existing shares in all respects.
This is a routine ESOP allotment with negligible dilution (about 0.03% increase in share count). No material impact on shareholders or stock price is expected.
