Aditya Birla Capital Limited has announced the allotment of 756,007 equity shares of ₹10 face value each to employees who exercised their stock options. Of these, 25,631 shares were allotted under the ABCL Scheme 2017 and 730,376 shares under the ABCL Scheme 2022. The Stakeholders Relationship Committee approved this allotment on 26 May 2026.
