Aditya Birla Capital Limited has allotted two tranches of Secured, Rated, Listed Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) via private placement on May 14, 2026. Tranche 1 comprises 47,800 NCDs worth Rs. 478 crore with a coupon of 7.7173% p.a. maturing in 2031 (5 years).
