Aditya Birla Capital's Stakeholders Relationship Committee approved the allotment of 7,56,007 equity shares (face value ₹10 each) on 26 May 2026. Of these, 25,631 shares were allotted under the ABCL Scheme 2017 and 7,30,376 shares under the ABCL Scheme 2022, both being exercises of Stock Options, Restricted Stock Units, and Performance Stock Units by employees. The paid-up equity share capital increased from ₹2,620.81 crore (2,62,08,14,898 shares) to ₹2,621.57 crore (2,62,15,70,905 shares), representing a marginal dilution of approximately 0.29%.
The share issuance is routine ESOP-related dilution with minimal impact on existing shareholders. The increase in share count is small relative to the total capital base.
