ABFRL reported its Q1 FY26 investor presentation alongside unaudited results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Consolidated revenue grew 9% YoY to ₹1,831 Cr, driven by Ethnic business (+25%) and TMRW (+38%), while Pantaloons was roughly flat at ₹1,094 Cr. EBITDA surged 38% to ₹169 Cr, with margin expanding 200 basis points to 9.3% — the fourth consecutive quarter of YoY margin expansion. The Ethnic segment margin improved sharply by ~1,600 bps to 0.4%, nearly breakeven. Net loss narrowed slightly to ₹234 Cr (vs ₹238 Cr loss last year) as higher depreciation continued to weigh on bottom line. The company also announced TMRW's first external fundraise of ₹437 Cr from ServiceNow Ventures to scale its digital-first brands portfolio.
Strong margin expansion and broad-based growth in new businesses (Ethnic, TMRW, Luxury) signal improving operational health, though the company remains loss-making at the PAT level. Investors may view the TMRW external funding and consistent margin improvement as positive for the long-term turnaround story.
