Aditya Birla Lifestyle Brands Limited filed details of two Non-Convertible Debenture (NCD) series with BSE under SEBI regulations. One new NCD (INE14LE08014) of ₹500 crore was issued and listed on BSE on March 20, 2026, carrying a CRISIL AA+ rating with stable outlook. The second NCD (INE647O08115) of ₹500 crore was transferred from Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Limited as part of a Scheme of Arrangement and was fully redeemed on January 30, 2026. Interest of ₹33.98 crore (net of taxes) was also paid on the same date. Both payments were made on time with no delays.
Shareholders can note the company successfully managed debt transfer from its parent and completed a ₹500 crore redemption on schedule. The new AA+ rating reflects strong creditworthiness. The fully redeemed NCD shows no default risk from legacy debt.
