Aditya Vision reported FY26 revenue of ₹2,672 crores (up 18% YoY) with PAT of ₹117 crores (up 11%), despite a weak summer season that hurt H1 performance. Q4 saw strong recovery with 28% revenue growth and 36% PAT growth. The company added 102 stores in 3 years, reaching 207 stores across 4 states, and entered Chhattisgarh with 3 stores while planning to enter Madhya Pradesh in FY27. Gross margin compressed to 15.6% due to higher sales of lower-margin products like mobiles and TVs. Management highlighted the company is now an 'all-weather, all-season' business with inventory strategically built at ₹840 crores to capture price hikes. April trading was described as robust, and management targets 8-10% EBITDA margins going forward.
The earnings call shows resilience with strong Q4 recovery offsetting weak H1, but margin pressure from product mix shift and higher opex in new geographies remain concerns. The store expansion into new states and maturing store base could provide operating leverage over time.
