Aditya Vision's board approved audited financial results for Q4 and FY25, with full-year revenue rising to Rs. 2,259.77 crores (up 29.6% from Rs. 1,743.29 crores) and net profit climbing to Rs. 105.49 crores (up 36.9% from Rs. 77.07 crores). Q4 revenue came in at Rs. 486.69 crores with net profit of Rs. 15.98 crores; full-year EPS stood at Rs. 8.21 vs Rs. 6.37 a year ago. The board recommended a final dividend of Rs. 1.10 per share (110%), subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Ravinder Zutshi was re-appointed as Non-Executive Independent Director for another 5 years (May 2025–May 2030). Long-serving CFO Mr. Dhananjay Singh will retire on May 31, 2025 after 20 years, and Mr. Vikash Kumar (a Chartered Accountant with 15+ years of experience) will take over as CFO from June 1, 2025. The company also expanded its registered office in Patna to include the ground floor of Aditya House.
Strong double-digit growth in both revenue and profit, alongside a healthy dividend, should be viewed positively by shareholders. Leadership transition at the CFO level is orderly and well-planned, while the board re-appointment signals continuity. Inventories and borrowings both rose sharply, so investors may want to watch working-capital and debt trends in coming quarters.
