Admission of Equity Shares for Trading on BSE under ''Trade-to Trade'' segment with effect from April, 27, 2026
Awaiting price reaction for this filing.
JTL Defence Limited (formerly RCI Industries & Technologies Limited) has been re-listed on BSE under the XT Group Trade-to-Trade segment from April 27, 2026. The company emerged from Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) under IBC 2016, with the NCLT-approved Resolution Plan implemented. Under this plan, all existing promoter and public shareholdings were cancelled or reduced, and 10 crore new equity shares of Rs 10 each were allotted to the Successful Resolution Applicant on preferential basis. The new paid-up capital is Rs 10.52 crore across 1.05 crore shares. The shares will trade in Trade-to-Trade segment, a surveillance measure requiring mandatory delivery and settlement on gross basis. One crore shares are locked in until April 30, 2027.
The T2T segment placement reflects ongoing exchange scrutiny on this company post-insolvency, meaning higher compliance requirements for trades. Shareholders should note the significant dilution from the resolution plan and the upcoming lock-in expiry on April 30, 2027 when 95% of the company's shares will become freely tradeable.
