Adroit Infotech's board, which met on August 7, 2024, approved unaudited financial results for Q1 FY25 (quarter ended June 30, 2024). Consolidated total income rose about 31% year-on-year to ₹860.94 lakhs (from ₹655.59 lakhs), while standalone total income grew roughly 40% to ₹176.22 lakhs. Net profit for the quarter improved to ₹48.52 lakhs (consolidated) and ₹34.78 lakhs (standalone), up from ₹43.43 lakhs and ₹20.86 lakhs respectively a year earlier, though consolidated profit before tax fell sharply from ₹183.20 lakhs to ₹48.05 lakhs. The board appointed Ms. Kanthi Reddy Sunkerneni as Additional Director — she is the daughter of promoter and Managing Director Mr. Sudhakiran Reddy Sunkerneni — and re-appointed M/s. P R Chandra & Co as internal auditors and Ms. Putcha Sarada as secretarial auditor for FY25.
