Advani Hotels & Resorts has announced that Mr. Deepesh Joishar has resigned from the position of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective end of business hours on February 20, 2026. He is leaving to pursue a career opportunity outside the company, having submitted his resignation letter on January 3, 2026. To ensure continuity, the company has appointed Mr. Milind Nigam as the new Company Secretary & Compliance Officer, effective February 21, 2026. Mr. Nigam holds a B.Com and LL.M degree, is an associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, and brings over 22 years of experience in secretarial and legal compliance. He will also be the authorised KMP for determining materiality of disclosures to stock exchanges.
