Advent Hotels International Limited has published its audited financial results for Q4 FY26 and the full year ended March 31, 2026 in newspapers (Free Press Journal and Navshakti) on May 21, 2026. For Q4 FY26, total income was Rs. 11,494.51 lakhs compared to Rs. 14,042.53 lakhs in Q4 FY25, showing a decline. However, full year total income grew to Rs. 51,978.38 lakhs from Rs. 47,611.13 lakhs in FY25, an increase of about 9.2%. Profit after tax for FY26 stood at Rs. 3,801.65 lakhs versus Rs. 3,550.11 lakhs in FY25. EPS improved to Rs. 4.06 for FY26 from Rs. 3.29 in FY25. The company also filed a corrigendum regarding a sale notice for immovable assets.
The full-year results show healthy growth in revenue and profitability, with improved EPS year-on-year. However, Q4 performance was weaker compared to Q4 FY25, which investors may note. The positive annual growth and EPS improvement are encouraging for shareholders.
