Aegis Logistics has submitted to BSE and NSE the newspaper copies of its audited standalone and consolidated financial results for Q4 FY25 and the full year ended March 31, 2025, as required under SEBI listing rules. The ads were published in Financial Express (all-India edition) and Daman Ganga Times (Vapi edition). On a consolidated basis, FY25 revenue from operations stood at Rs 6,763.79 crore versus Rs 7,045.92 crore in FY24. Profit after tax grew to Rs 787.41 crore in FY25 from Rs 672.21 crore in FY24, a rise of about 17%. Q4 FY25 consolidated PAT jumped to Rs 317.81 crore from Rs 237.29 crore in Q4 FY24, up roughly 34%. Standalone FY25 revenue was Rs 2,976.78 crore with PAT of Rs 525 crore. Basic and diluted EPS for FY25 stood at Rs 18.90 versus Rs 16.22 in FY24.
Despite a modest dip in full-year revenue, the company posted strong double-digit growth in net profit and EPS, suggesting improved margins. This is a positive signal for shareholders, though it is only a routine regulatory filing of results already published in the newspapers.
