Aegis Logistics has submitted to BSE and NSE the copy of its newspaper advertisement of unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for Q1 FY26, published in Financial Express and Daman Ganga Times. On a consolidated basis, revenue from operations rose to ₹1,71,941 lakh from ₹1,60,134 lakh in the same quarter last year, while net profit after tax grew to ₹17,553 lakh from ₹15,806 lakh YoY. Basic EPS stood at ₹3.74 for the quarter versus ₹3.75 in Q1 FY25. On a standalone basis, however, net profit after tax fell sharply to ₹6,918 lakh from ₹16,541 lakh in Q1 FY25, even as standalone revenue grew to ₹83,661 lakh from ₹73,213 lakh. The results were signed off by Chairman & Managing Director Raj K Chandaria.
This is a routine procedural filing (newspaper publication of already-disclosed Q1 results) and contains no new information beyond what was filed earlier. The consolidated numbers show steady YoY growth, but the sharp decline in standalone profit after tax may draw investor attention and could trigger some volatility in the stock.
