Aegis Logistics reported strong FY26 results with standalone revenue growing 51% to Rs 449,154 lakh and profit after tax rising 78% to Rs 94,355 lakh compared to FY25. Consolidated revenue increased 23% to Rs 833,321 lakh with PAT up 41% to Rs 110,663 lakh. The company recognized a one-time profit of Rs 11,441 lakh from a slump sale of gas storage undertaking to subsidiary Aegis Vopak Terminals. Aegis Vopak Terminals completed its IPO in June 2025 raising Rs 280,000 lakh, with Aegis Logistics retaining 44.71% control. Auditors issued clean (unmodified) opinions on both standalone and consolidated financials. The board recommended a final dividend of 670% (Rs 6.70 per share) in addition to the already paid interim dividend of 200%.
