Aegis Logistics reported strong FY26 results with normalized EBITDA of Rs 1,599 crore (+36% YoY) and PAT of Rs 1,107 crore (+41% YoY). The Gas division delivered exceptional performance with EBITDA up 68% to Rs 1,131 crore, driven by record distribution volumes of 754 thousand MT (+45% YoY). However, the Liquid division saw a 5% decline in EBITDA to Rs 472 crore. For Q4 specifically, consolidated EBITDA grew 54% YoY to Rs 670 crore. The company is expanding capacity with 61,000 KL at Mumbai Port and new liquid capacity at JNPA, both expected in H1 FY27. The company has maintained a 5-year EPS CAGR of 32%.
Strong overall performance driven by Gas division growth, though Liquid division underperformance warrants monitoring. The robust cash position (Rs 2,511 crore) and expansion pipeline support future growth prospects.
