Aegis Vopak Terminals disclosed strong full-year FY26 results with revenue from operations growing 17% year-on-year to ₹9,231 million, up from ₹7,892 million in FY25. Profit after tax surged 52% to ₹3,419 million from ₹2,248 million. Operating EBITDA margin remained healthy at 74.4% for the full year. Gas terminal throughput increased 14% annually to 3.95 million MT. The company expanded its gas terminal static capacity significantly to 2,25,800 MT following acquisitions of Hindustan Aegis (LPG) Limited and Aegis Terminal Pipavav Limited from April 2024. Capacity utilization for the liquid terminal division stood at 75% in Q4. Net debt increased substantially to ₹18,107 million as of March 2026, with net debt to EBITDA ratio at 2.64x. Capital expenditure for the full year totaled ₹18,828 million.
The company delivered robust double-digit revenue growth and strong profitability improvement, which could be positive for the stock. However, the significant increase in debt levels and capital expenditure raises questions about near-term returns and financial leverage.
