Aelea Commodities Limited reported exceptional FY26 results with consolidated revenue of ₹381.50 Cr, up 109% YoY, and PAT of ₹21.32 Cr, a massive 1,739.74% YoY increase turning from losses. EBITDA surged 366% YoY to ₹40.37 Cr with margin expanding by 583 basis points to 10.58%. H2 FY26 showed even stronger acceleration with 120% YoY revenue growth to ₹207.81 Cr. The company, which processes raw cashew nuts into kernels at its Surat facility, expanded capacity from 40 to 140 MTPD and incorporated two wholly owned subsidiaries during the year. Chairman highlighted this as a defining turning point reflecting successful conversion of strategy into execution.
The sharp turnaround from losses to strong profitability with margin expansion signals operational leverage kicking in, which could be positive for the stock. However, investors should note this is a small-cap SME listed company with relatively low trading liquidity.
