Aelea Commodities, a BSE SME-listed cashew processor, shared its H1 FY26 investor presentation ahead of a post-results conference call. Standalone revenue more than doubled to ₹17,362 lakhs (up 110.6% YoY) from ₹8,243 lakhs in H1 FY25, driven by capacity ramp-up at its Surat Unit II to 140 MTPD. EBITDA nearly doubled to ₹1,538 lakhs (margin 8.86% vs 9.34% earlier), while PAT jumped 134.7% to ₹884 lakhs with EPS of ₹4.34. Consolidated revenue rose 98% to ₹17,369 lakhs, though consolidated EBITDA margin slipped to 8.78% from 10.87%. The company also outlined plans for Unit III with 4 MW renewable energy, backward integration into Africa for raw cashew nuts, and value-added products spanning food, fuel, feed, and fertilizer. All IPO proceeds of ₹51 crore have been fully utilised as planned.
Strong revenue and profit growth signals healthy demand and successful capacity expansion, though slight margin compression on the consolidated side is a watchpoint. Management has guided to further margin improvement in coming months, which could support the stock; however, the share trades well below its 52-week high of ₹344 (currently ₹214.60), and promoter holding of 63.7% leaves limited float for retail liquidity.
