Aeonx Digital Technology reported standalone revenue of Rs 517.5 crore for FY26, up 108% from Rs 249 crore in FY25. However, the company swung to a loss of Rs 9.2 crore (vs profit of Rs 30.9 crore) due to higher operating costs including employee expenses of Rs 200.6 crore (up 52% YoY). Consolidated revenue grew 70% to Rs 593 crore with loss of Rs 6.2 crore. The board did not recommend any dividend citing losses. Auditors issued an unmodified (clean) opinion. An exceptional charge of Rs 79 lakh was recorded for new labour code implementation. Cash flow from operations was negative at Rs 12.7 crore standalone and Rs 28.6 crore consolidated.
Despite strong revenue growth, the company turned loss-making with negative operating cash flows, which signals cost pressure concerns. No dividend and significant jump in trade receivables (from Rs 416 crore to Rs 919 crore) add to investor caution.
