Aequs Limited's wholly owned subsidiary AeroStructures Manufacturing India has invested Euro 3 Million (around INR 33.02 Crores) for shares in its step-down subsidiary Aequs Aerospace France SAS. The France unit makes mechanical parts for civil and military aeronautics. FY26 turnover was INR 127.16 Crore with a loss after tax of INR 4.98 Crore and negative net worth. Overall parent-level ownership does not change; AeroStructures will hold 28.97 percent in the French entity.
