Afcom Holdings has signed a six-year business agreement with Nauru Air Corporation, the national airline of the Republic of Nauru, on December 5, 2025, at the Nauru High Commission in New Delhi. The partnership opens up Trans Continental Pacific cargo corridors for Afcom, including code-sharing arrangements, cross-utilisation of assets, leasing, and joint commercial initiatives across Australia and Pacific region countries. Nauru Airlines operates a fleet of seven Boeing 737 aircraft and plans to expand beyond its current regional network. Afcom, founded in 2013, is an air cargo transportation company operating across ASEAN countries. In FY25, it reported total income of ₹24,254.16 Lakhs, EBITDA of ₹7,260.82 Lakhs, and net profit of ₹4,842.23 Lakhs.
This strategic partnership marks a significant geographical expansion for Afcom into the Australia-Pacific cargo market, potentially adding new revenue streams and trade lanes. For shareholders, it represents a growth-oriented move that could support long-term earnings, though execution risks and the actual monetisation of the partnership will need to be tracked over time.
