Agarwal Fortune India Ltd announced its unaudited Q1 FY26 results. Revenue from operations nearly doubled to Rs 214.46 lakhs, up from Rs 114.48 lakhs in Q1 FY25, a growth of about 87% year-on-year. Total income rose to Rs 214.51 lakhs from Rs 117.43 lakhs. Profit after tax grew to Rs 3.20 lakhs from Rs 2.43 lakhs, a rise of roughly 32%. EPS stood at Rs 0.09 compared to Rs 0.07 in the same quarter last year. The company operates in a single segment — trading of glasses and allied items. The statutory auditor, M/s Jethani & Associates, issued a limited review report with an unmodified (clean) opinion on the results.
Strong top-line growth and modest profit improvement are positive signals, though absolute earnings remain very small. For retail investors, the headline growth is encouraging, but the tiny profit base and single-product, small-scale business mean results can swing sharply quarter to quarter.
